The Mission of EAP-Training is to prepare today’s youth and families to make the transition from ideas and dreams to bringing businesses to scale with an entrepreneurial mindset. Our mission draws upon the past legacy of entrepreneurs who charted their way through business related education, role modeling, observation, purpose, resilience and achievements.

EAP training intends to teach an understanding that business ownership and self-employment for families may be the vehicle to financial and social independence.
